For the rest of us that use directions:
From I-495:

Take 267 West (Portions Toll)
Get off at the Fairfax County Parkway exit and take a right onto Fairfax County Parkway.
Get off at the Elden Street / Baron Cameron exit and take a left on Elden Street.
Continue on Elden Street, you will see the Herndon Town Hall on the right. 
Take a right onto Lynn Street. Lynn Street is one way. 
Continue down Lynn Street until it ends at the Herndon Moose Lodge.
Take a right onto Center Street.
Continue on Center Street briefly and look for the shop on the left. 
We're underneath "Tina's Hair Salon" 
Park either behind the store, or in the 2 hour street parking in front.
